Refund Policy

ResumeWin sells a one-time $9.99 AI-generated analysis. The service delivers a digital good that is generated, delivered, and consumed within seconds of purchase. All sales are final. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and irrevocably waive any statutory right of withdrawal, cooling-off period, or cancellation right once the analysis has been delivered.
Limited discretionary refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only at our sole discretion, and only in the following narrow circumstances:
- You were charged but no analysis was ever delivered.
- You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
We do not refundfor dissatisfaction with the analysis, disagreement with AI output, incomplete or low-quality input, buyer's remorse, or any claim made more than seven (7) days after purchase. AI output is informational — see our Terms.
How to request
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@resumewin.ai within seven (7) days of purchase and must include the Stripe receipt or session ID and a specific description of the basis for the request. Requests missing this information, or submitted after the 7-day window, will be denied. We respond to eligible requests within 10 business days.

Chargebacks
Initiating a credit-card chargeback, payment-processor dispute, or PayPal complaint without first completing the written refund-request procedure above constitutes a material breach of these Terms and of the mandatory pre-dispute notice provision in our Terms of Service. We will contest any such chargeback with evidence of your acceptance of these terms and of delivery of the service, and you will be responsible for any resulting fees or costs. Repeated or bad-faith chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the processor.
